These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the BUSTDOWNTIMEPIECE website, operated by [legal business name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies presented to you before checkout.
1. Eligibility and Customer Information
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to place an order. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
2. Jewelry Descriptions
Each product listing identifies the applicable metal, gemstone type, size, and other specifications. Natural diamonds, laboratory-grown diamonds, moissanite, and other gemstones are different products and will be described accordingly. Gold purity, plating, and base-metal information will be disclosed where applicable.
Measurements, weights, and total carat weights identified as approximate may vary within any stated tolerances. Photographs may appear different because of lighting, magnification, or screen settings. Digital renderings and custom-design previews are illustrations and will be identified as such. These variations do not permit substitutions or material departures from the specifications you purchased.
Grading reports, appraisals, or certificates are included only when expressly stated in the listing or order agreement.
3. Pricing, Payment, and Order Acceptance
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees appear at checkout.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment problems, or a material listing error. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and promptly refund payments collected for that order.
We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement.
4. Custom and Personalized Jewelry
Custom orders may include name pendants, engraved pieces, grillz, special sizes, and jewelry made to your specifications.
Before production, customers must review and approve the applicable design, spelling, measurements, metal, gemstones, and other agreed details. Changes requested after approval may require additional payment and production time, which must be agreed upon before the changes proceed.
Any deposit requirement and cancellation restrictions will be disclosed before payment. Custom orders may be designated final sale, and deposits may be designated nonrefundable once agreed custom work begins, only as disclosed before purchase and permitted by law.
These restrictions do not remove your rights concerning defective, incorrectly supplied, or materially misdescribed merchandise, or legally required refunds for shipping delays.
5. Production and Shipping
Production and shipping timeframes will be provided in the listing, at checkout, or in your written custom-order agreement. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, provide updated information, and offer the opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund as required by applicable law.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges resulting from customer-requested rerouting or an incorrect address may apply where permitted by law. Signature confirmation may be required for certain orders.
If your package is missing, damaged, or appears tampered with, contact us promptly and retain the packaging. We will investigate and coordinate with the carrier. A delivery scan alone does not eliminate any rights you have under applicable law.
International customers are responsible for import duties and destination-country charges disclosed as their responsibility before purchase.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Return eligibility, request deadlines, item-condition requirements, and any applicable return costs are stated in our Return and Refund Policy presented before purchase.
Custom, engraved, resized, or personalized items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where clearly disclosed and legally permitted. Any hygiene-related restrictions for grillz will also be disclosed before purchase.
Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions. Nothing in our policies limits legally required remedies for defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items.
7. Jewelry Care, Repairs, and Warranties
Follow the care instructions supplied with your jewelry. Exposure to chemicals, impact, improper cleaning, and ordinary wear may affect finishes, settings, and stones.
Any voluntary warranty, including its duration, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedure, will be stated separately before purchase. No lifetime warranty or free stone-replacement service is promised unless expressly provided in writing.
Contact us before arranging repairs by another jeweler, as outside alterations may affect applicable voluntary warranty coverage. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Jewelry is not guaranteed to increase in value, and no resale value or investment return is promised.
8. Grillz
Grillz are decorative jewelry and are not dental treatment or protective dental equipment. Follow the supplied fitting, cleaning, and wear instructions. Do not wear grillz that cause pain, irritation, or an improper fit, and consult a licensed dental professional about dental concerns.
9. Website Use and Intellectual Property
Our logos, photographs, website text, and original designs are owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without authorization, except as permitted by law.
You may not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation. Customers submitting artwork or logos for custom orders must have permission to use that material and authorize us to use it to fulfill their order.
10. Privacy and Third-Party Services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. Payment processors, financing providers, and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or products.
