This notice applies to our website, jewelry sales, and custom design services. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy. Nothing in this notice limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Custom Orders and Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all custom order details, including spelling, initials, measurements, ring sizes, metal selections, stone selections, and design specifications. Approval must be provided in writing, including by email or electronic message, before production begins.

Changes requested after approval may require additional payment and extend production time. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information accurately reproduced in the approved piece.

Custom Sales and Deposits

Custom, personalized, engraved, and made-to-order jewelry is final sale for change-of-mind purposes once production begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any nonrefundable deposit or design fee will be disclosed before payment. If a customer requests cancellation, we may retain amounts permitted by law for completed design work, purchased materials, and production costs already incurred, up to the agreed cancellation charge. This does not limit rights concerning defective, materially misdescribed, or undelivered merchandise.

Images and Product Specifications

Renderings, CAD previews, digitally enhanced images, and reference photographs illustrate the intended design and may not depict a completed physical item. Lighting, screen settings, and handcrafted production can create minor visual differences.

Estimated dimensions, metal weights, and stone weights will be identified as estimates, with applicable tolerances disclosed. Such variations do not permit substitution of agreed materials or material changes to an approved design without customer consent.

The product listing and written order confirmation specify whether stones are natural, laboratory-grown, moissanite, or another gemstone, and whether metal is solid, plated, or otherwise constructed. No independent grading report, appraisal, or certification is included unless expressly stated.

Pricing, Payments, and Order Acceptance

Quotes are valid for the period stated and may change before acceptance because of metal prices, stone availability, or design changes. An accepted order price will not change without customer agreement.

We may request reasonable payment verification or decline orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or unlawful requests. If we cannot fulfill an order or discover a material pricing error, we will notify the customer and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation with a refund for unfulfilled goods or services.

Balances must be paid as agreed before shipment or release.

Production and Delivery

Production and shipment timeframes will be disclosed before purchase. Customer-requested revisions or delayed approvals may require an updated schedule.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide legally required delay notices, cancellation options, and refunds. Carrier delays will be handled under our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Reasonable additional costs caused by an incorrect address or refused delivery may be charged where permitted by law.

Care, Repairs, and Warranty

Jewelry requires proper care and periodic inspection. Unless expressly covered by a written warranty, damage caused by misuse, impact, chemicals, improper cleaning, normal wear, or unauthorized alterations is not covered by our voluntary warranty.

Third-party work may exclude coverage for damage caused by that work. Any written warranty supplied with a purchase controls its stated coverage. Nothing here excludes warranties or remedies that applicable law requires.

Intellectual Property and Customer Designs

Our original website content, photographs, renderings, logos, and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing jewelry does not transfer ownership of those rights unless expressly agreed in writing.

Customers submitting logos, artwork, or other protected material represent that they have permission to use it and authorize us to reproduce it for their order. We may decline requests that appear to infringe another party’s rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUSTDOWNTIMEPIECE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from a purchase or use of our website. Where legally enforceable, our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Questions and Disputes

Please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting details so we can investigate a concern. Contacting us does not waive lawful payment-dispute rights or other remedies.

Updates
