BUSTDOWNTIMEPIECE — RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy covers ready-to-ship and custom jewelry purchased from bustdowntimepiece.store, operated by GB MEDIA , doing business as BUSTDOWNTIMEPIECE. It works with our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Ready-to-ship jewelry: seven-day return window

Request a return within seven calendar days after delivery of each eligible item. If the final day falls on a weekend or holiday, the request deadline extends to the next business day. The deadline is for requesting a return, not for the package to reach us. A timely request remains eligible while you await our response.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, the jewelry must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in its original condition, with its original included packaging, accessories, and grading reports. We may decline voluntary returns of items worn, damaged, resized, engraved, or altered after delivery, where legally permitted. These conditions do not restrict remedies for defective or misdescribed goods.

How to request a return

Email [Customer service email] with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. For a damage, defect, or incorrect-item claim, include photographs if available; photographs are not a condition of your legal rights.

Contact us before shipping so we can provide the correct return address and packing instructions. Return approval depends on eligibility and inspection. Do not send jewelry to an address on the original package unless we confirm it is the return address. We will provide a reasonable dispatch deadline with our instructions; any legally required return period controls.

Return shipping and restocking fee

For an eligible voluntary change-of-mind return, you purchase the return shipping label and pay for tracked shipping with insurance appropriate to the item’s value. Pack the jewelry securely and retain the shipping receipt and tracking details.

A 15% restocking fee applies to approved change-of-mind returns where legally permitted. It is calculated on the returned item’s purchase price after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping, and deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable for voluntary returns where legally permitted. We disclose these terms before purchase and will not impose an undisclosed additional return fee.

We do not charge restocking fees or necessary return shipping costs for our production errors, incorrect items, or defects for which we are responsible. Fees also do not apply where prohibited by law.

Custom jewelry and final-sale items

Custom, personalized, engraved, and specially sized jewelry is final sale for change-of-mind purposes once production begins, to the extent permitted by law. This includes pieces made to your approved names, initials, artwork, measurements, or other custom specifications. These items are excluded from ordinary ready-to-ship returns.

Before production begins, contact us directly to request cancellation. Where legally permitted, we may retain reasonable, documented amounts covering completed work and nonrecoverable materials or commitments, up to the amount paid. We refund the remaining balance. Separately disclosed design fees are earned as the agreed services are performed. We will not charge twice for the same work or cost.

The 15% return restocking fee does not apply to cancellation of an unfulfilled order. Final-sale status does not eliminate remedies for defects, incorrect materials, material misdescription, our production errors, or any mandatory withdrawal or cancellation right.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation requests are handled directly through bustdowntimepiece@gmail.com. For ready-to-ship orders, contact us promptly; if shipment has already occurred, the return procedure applies. Custom cancellation and change requests follow our Terms of Service and the approved order specifications. Changes after design approval require our written acceptance and approval of any additional costs or production time.

The absence of an online cancellation option does not remove any legal cancellation right. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide the legally required notice and choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. Custom-order and deposit terms do not override those rights.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your jewelry when it arrives and contact us promptly about shipping damage, defects, incorrect materials, or a piece that differs materially from the approved order. We will investigate, provide return instructions where needed, and arrange the repair, replacement, or refund required by law. We cover necessary return shipping for our error and do not charge a restocking fee.

The ordinary seven-day return deadline does not cut off mandatory defect or warranty rights. Original packaging may help a shipping investigation, but its absence alone does not eliminate those rights. Ordinary wear, misuse, accidental damage, or alterations after delivery are evaluated under our warranty and care terms; exclusions apply only where relevant and legally permitted.

Refunds and exchanges

After receiving a voluntary return, we inspect it and notify you of approval or explain any refusal. We aim to issue an approved voluntary refund within ten business days of receiving the returned item. Any legally required shorter deadline controls. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Refunds go to the original payment method, with an itemized explanation of any lawful deductions and applicable tax adjustments. Store credit or an exchange will not replace a legally required monetary refund without your consent. Exchanges depend on availability and written agreement; any price difference or additional charge will be disclosed before you accept.

Statutory rights and international orders

If your applicable law provides a longer return or withdrawal period, that period controls. For eligible EU consumer purchases, the statutory withdrawal period is generally at least 14 days from delivery of the last item in the order. Legally recognized exceptions for personalized goods may apply. The seven-day voluntary period and 15% restocking fee do not apply to the exercise of a statutory right where incompatible with that right. Required refunds of original delivery costs and any legally required return-shipping arrangements will be honored.

Contact us to exercise an applicable statutory right even if the account portal marks an item final sale or does not offer cancellation. We do not require prior approval to exercise a statutory withdrawal right.

Policy changes and contact

This updated policy applies only to purchases made after it is published and disclosed before checkout. Earlier orders remain governed by the policy accepted when purchased, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise. No update reduces a nonwaivable legal right.
